COP30 Belém: 2025 COP30 & UN Conferences

Presenting the promising results of the first successful implementation of the award-winning, economically successful agro-ecological model, Andhra Pradesh Community-managed Natural Farming (APCNF) outside of India: improved yields, reduced costs, increased food security and improved resilience to extreme weather for smallholder farmers in Zambia. Rushank Bardolia the founder of GreenEarth Agro will share the experience in unlocking Africa’s idle farmland by empowering smallholders with land, finance and fair markets, starting from Ghana. Announcing plans underway to make these innovative models available to major networks of farmers in Brazil.

During the evenings of COP30, as co-leaders of the COP30 Action Agenda, Brazil’s Ministry for Agrarian Development, NOW Partners Foundation and Global Academy are co-hosting the “Scaling Agroecology, Productive Forests and Blended Finance” series of Solutions Dinners.

With international partner organizations we are co-hosting solutions focused dialogues featuring local cuisine, in a location in central Belém conveniently located near several COP30 shuttle stops.

Outside of the intensity of the COP-zones, we invite participants to deepen dialogues and explore collaboration opportunities that following COP30 can lead to concrete outcomes. Events are by invitation only.

“Voices for Climate and Nature: From the Amazon to Australia” will bring together Indigenous leaders, farmers, funders, and innovators to highlight tangible, cross-sector solutions that protect biodiversity, uphold First Nations rights, and accelerate the transition to nature-friendly renewable energy and agriculture.

Highlighting voices from the Amazon to Australia, this evening of music, story, food and authentic dialogue, will cultivate an atmosphere of collaborative action and shared commitment as we look forward to COP31.

This exclusive evening convenes senior leaders and policymakers to deepen dialogues on strengthening Carbon Markets under the Paris Agreement, focusing on both Voluntary Carbon Markets and Article 6 implementation. Participants will explore collaborative opportunities, taking stock of market activities and showcasing the co-benefits and impact of critical projects and their beneficiaries, particularly in Agriculture, Forestry, and Land Use sectors.
